Vernon Valley Karate Academy with Vernon PAL

 Beginning students are welcomed onto our school through a free program offered in coordination with the Vernon Police Athletic League (PAL).​

During the summer and again in the fall beginner classes are organized to acquaint interested area residents with Karate. The program lasts approximately 6 weeks and provideds a comprehensive introduction to Karate and self defense. a $10.00 donation to the PAL organization is requested. At other times during the year new students are welcomed into our program by joining with existing

classes for only $10.00.
