| Vernon non-profit group or a current Vernon PAL, Fire Department or EMS volunteer | $125 first four hours - $25 each additional hour |

| Non-Resident | $100 first four hours - $20 each additional hour |

In all cases a $200 deposit is required

All the above fees are for private parties with invited guests. |

Some general rules:
Cooking in grills only
No ground, bon or any other types of fire permitted
Cooking grills are not provided, you must supply your own
All music must be at moderate levels, no music containing inappropriate language
Music may only be played from a "Boom Box" type device
Use of electricity is available with permission only
No smoking anywhere on PAL property
No glass bottles or containers
No inflatable or other items on lawn without prior written permission
No pets permitted
The Vernon PAL can provide DJ's services for your function, starting at $250
Use of your own DJ is permitted with prior written permission
No live entertainment without prior written permission
A complete set of rules will be included with your rental contract
