Did you know......
Vernon Township Ordinance 05-22 prohibits all smoking and the use of any tobacco product on all Vernon Twp. recreation property. This includes parking lots, walkways, bicycle and jogging paths.
AND
New Jersey State Law N.J.S.A. 26:3D-55 states that smoking is prohibited on all school property, indoors and OUTDOORS. This includes all playing fields, parking lots and walkways which are part of school property.

Summary:

Please set a good example, the laws apply to everyone. You cannot smoke while attending, dropping off or picking up an athlete at any athletic events in Vernon Township.
